Our Promise

Midland Property Lawyers deliver you a service based on your individual needs. We know that the process involved in conveyancing, be it buying or selling your home or in commercial transactions can be stressful experiences. We strive to make the transaction run as smoothly as possible. We believe what sets us apart from other firm’s is our experience and commitment and that is what we will provide to you together with guidance and support every step of the way. We will listen to your needs and ensure that the advice we give is honest and realistic.

The conveyancing process is frequently dependant on third parties, if there is a chain of people involved. We at Midland Property Lawyers are aware of the need for regular communication and believe this to be a key factor to bringing your transaction to a successful conclusion. We are able to offer a competitive quotation of fixed fees at the outset so upfront you will be aware of the anticipated financial outlay.

We deal with local and national transactions, so distance is no object.

Many people already have a conveyancer in mind, however some firms can become complacent with their Clients, but no industry can rely on returning trade time and time again.

We have found that because we provide such a high quality and cost effective service, our Clients do return to us, time and time again, whether they are upsizing, downsizing, or transferring equity we always ensure that all correspondence is professional and prompt.

Our Process

The Conveyancing Process…

We all need to turn to professionals for certain services at one time or another. MPL provide clear and concise advice throughout the Conveyancing process, from the initial enquiry until after your transaction has completed, you can be sure you have our full support and expert knowledge on your side.

Initial Stages

It is at this point we investigate the legal title, and carry out searches and enquiries as necessary, depending on the type of transaction.

Commitment to Complete

When documentation is ready for your signature, you have the option of attending our office or alternatively the documents can be sent to you by mail. As well as working with you we aim to work around you.

After Completion

Our work will not stop on completion of your transaction. We give you our promise to carry out all work, whatever the stage in the transaction in line with your expectations. We shall be asking you for your views on the service you have received and upon completion we shall provide you with a questionnaire for you to complete so that you have the opportunity to express your opinion on the service received.
